1. Attend
A Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES) will be conducted for free to those who are interested to join our cooperative.
2. Submit

A duly accomplished Membership Application Form along with the following requirements should be submitted.

  • Birth Certificate (photocopy)
  • Marriage Contract (if married)
  • Birth Certificate of Children below 18 years old
  • 1 X 1 I.D. picture (2pcs.)
  • 2 X 2 I.D. picture (1pc)
  • Photocopy of valid I.D.
  • Initial contribution
* Application form will be given during the Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES).
3. Approve
All applications for new membership will be subjected for membership approval by the Board of Directors. You will be notified by the branch upon the confirmation of your membership.

MEMBER'S PRIVILEGES

Every MIGS shall enjoy the following privileges:

  1. Participate in the deliberation during the general assembly;
  2. Vote on all matters brought before the meeting/general assembly;
  3. Receive interest on his/her deposits and share capital
  4. Receive patronage refund, if any;
  5. Avail the savings, loans and other products and services.
Duties, Definition & Principles

DUTIES OF MEMBER

Every member shall have the following duties:

  1. Pay the installment on pledge share capital loans and other obligations as they fall due;
  2. Have a continous regular savings;
  3. Participate in the capital building up program
  4. Patronize the business;
  5. Participate in the parliamentary affairs of the cooperative;
  6. Abide by the rules and regulations provided by R.A. 9520, the MSU-IIT NMPC by-laws, the decisions of the General Assembly and the Board of Directors, and the policies and decisions that may be promulagated by the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA);
  7. Promote the aims and purposes of the MSU-IIT NMPC, the success of its business, the welfare of its members, and the cooperative movement as a whole.

A cooperative is an autonomous association of persons united voluntarily to meet their common economic, social and cultural needs & aspirations through a jointly-owned and democratically controlled enterprise.
