PROMO MECHANICS:

1. This promo is open to all regular and associate members of any branch of MSU-IIT NMPC.

2. The promo period is from February 8-28, 2014.

3. A. Qualified member who will avail

- time deposit of P50,000 for 1 year will be given a dinner date coupon worth P500

- time deposit of P20,000 for 1 year will be given a dinner date coupon worth P200

- time deposit of P10,000 for 1 year will be given a dinner date coupon worth P100

B. Qualified member who will recruit Option 2 and 3

          - 10 regular members will be given a dinner date coupon worth P500

          - 5 regular members will be given a dinner date coupon worth P200

          - 3 regular members will be given a dinner date coupon worth P100

4. A regular member who has 3 or more recruits can claim the coupon at the branch where he/she is a member regardless of the recruited member’s choice of branch.

5. A regular member and at the same time an associate member of another branch can claim the coupon at the branch where he/she is having a time deposit.

6. A member can avail more than one (1) coupon for every transaction made.

7. To redeem the dinner date coupon, he/she will go to our partner establishments.

-Plaza Alemania Hotel, Tita Fannies Liempo and Chicken Haus & Madelicious Native Foods for Iligan branches, Bacolod LDN Satellite Office and Manticao Branch

-Thai Me Up Restaurant & Botoy’s Litson Manok-BBQ-Liempo for CDO branches and Laguindingan Satellite Office

-Big Bro Restaurant for Maranding Branch

-Andrew’s Pizza & Chicken Ati-Atihan for Tubod LDN Branch

-Springland Resort for Pagadian Branch

-Mang Inasal for Butuan and GenSan branches, and

 Chowking for Davao branches

8. For the dinner date coupon to be valid, the following conditions must be met:

                - coupon number and branch name

                - branch manager’s name and signature

9. Redemption period is from February 8 – March 31, 2014.

10. Unused coupons after the redemption period will be forfeited.

11. Dinner date coupon is not convertible to cash or discount and cannot be exchanged for any other item/s.

12. In case of time deposit pre-termination, MSU-IIT NMPC will deduct the amount of coupon availed (P500/P200/P100) from his/her proceeds.

13. All Membership Development Officers (MDOs) and Marketing Department personnel are not allowed to avail a dinner date coupon through membership recruitment.
