Great things come from small beginnings!

MSU-IIT National Multi-Purpose Cooperative (MSU-IIT NMPC), popularly known as IIT COOP, is currently located at Gregorio Lluch Sr. Avenue (formerly Quezon Avenue Extension), Pala-o, Iligan City. It has 234 employees and has more than 70,000 members all over 20 active branches Mindanao-wide.

IIT COOP’s own building. Head Office is from the 2nd to 4th floors, while the 1st floor is IIT COOP’s Pala-o branch located at Gregorio Lluch Sr. Avenue (formerly Quezon Avenue Extension), Pala-o, Iligan City.

Moreover, IIT COOP has two (2) subsidiaries namely: MSU-IIT National Coop Academy, an Education Cooperative and MSU-IIT NMPC Housing Cooperative located at Miguel Sheker Avenue, Bagong Silang, Iligan City and Lambaguhon, Brgy. San Roque, Iligan City, respectively.

IIT COOP is currently headed by the Chairperson of the Board of Directors, Dr. Rhodora S.N. Englis and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Emma A. Nieva, CPA.

IIT COOP was historically created way back year 1978 with an initial deposit in the amount of Php 86.20 led by Prof. Edna E. Aberilla as Chairperson. 

Prof. Edna Aberilla is the Chairperson Emeritus.

As of December 2016, IIT COOP’s asset is Php 1,539,748,429, total deposits of 840,294,327, total share capital of 415,250,436 and total net surplus of 37,563,491 (source: Pakigsayud 2017,page 11).

Today, IIT COOP is celebrating its 39th year since its creation and is preparing various activities for its next year‘s 40th year or Ruby Anniversary. Ruby was considered the stone of love, energy, passion, power, and enthusiasm that makes the IIT COOP stands today.

Furthermore, part of its celebration is the Ruby Raffle promo which has exciting prizes that await you.

Here are the mechanics of the said raffle promo:

1. IIT COOP@40 Raffle Promo is open to all MSU-IIT NMPC regular and associate members and non-members aged 18 years old and above, except for all MSU-IIT NMPC officers and employees and their parents, spouses, and children. Other relatives of MSU-IIT NMPC Board of Directors, Officers and Employees can join this promo.
2. Selling period is from July 28, 2017 to November 30, 2018. The Grand draw is on December 1, 2018.
3. Tickets will be sold at P50.00 per piece. Tickets may be purchased from authorized MSU-IIT NMPC employees and officers from all MSU-IIT NMPC branches and offices.
4. Deadline for dropping of entries for the preliminary draws will be seven (7) days before each draw.
5. The preliminary and grand draws are as follows:

6. A raffle ticket can win only once. Non-winning tickets from the preliminary draws will still qualify for the succeeding preliminary draws and the grand draw.
7. A participant may win as many prizes as the number of tickets bought.
8. All prizes are tax-free. Taxes on winnings will be shouldered by MSU-IIT NMPC.
9. The grand draw will be held at Iligan City on December 1, 2018.
10. Prizes are non- convertible.
11. Winners will be notified through the contact numbers declared on the raffle tickets. List of winners will also be posted on the official website: www.msuiitcoop.org and official Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/msuiit.cooperative.
12. All winners will be given sixty (60) days after each draw to claim their prizes. After the 60-day period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of MSU-IIT NMPC.
13. Winners must bring two (2) valid IDs and the winning raffle ticket in good condition upon claiming their prizes. Winners may send a representative to claim the prize/s on his/her behalf, provided, that the representative shall present the winning raffle ticket, an authorization letter from the winner and two (2) valid IDs of each of the representative and the winner.
14. The decision of the Raffle Promo Committee on questions, issues or conflicts that may arise for this promo shall be final and inappealable.
